In July 2010, the SAP Active Quality Management (AQM) organization launched a global pilot quality accreditation program targeted at value-added resellers for SAP Business All-in-One which has already been expanded to SAP Business One channel partners and SAP BusinessObjects partners. The program has been created to focus on actively managing quality with our channel partners. Co-Innovation Rings True for SAP and Samsung at Mobile EventAn event dubbed Mobile World Congress has a lot of hype to live up to. Thankfully, it’s proving to be a groundswell of incredible advancements in the hyper-competitive mobile arena, especially for SAP. By revealing some juicy details around its partnership with Samsung, SAP is taking tangible steps to deliver on its promise of unwiring and mobilizing the enterprise. This became readily apparent during a keynote presentation by Raj Nathan, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Sybase. “Cutting edge devices like the Samsung Galaxy S2 are driving the transformation of the enterprise through the adoption of enterprise mobility,” said Nathan who underscored the fact that a vast majority of IT departments are constantly bombarded by employees who want mobile devices to receive corporate e-mail and applications like CRM. General Mills Achieves Financial Excellence With SAPSAP customer General Mills was recognized for having the “Supply Chain Finance Project of the Year” and also received the “Gold Award” at the inaugural gtnews Global Corporate Treasury Awards. Sponsored by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the awards were held at Sibos 2010 in association with SWIFT.
